IeSF World Esports Championship is the biggest tournament and most prestigious esports event held annually since 2011. This year, with the support from the Executive Board of Indonesian Esports (PBESI) which has committed to supporting Indonesia’s esports ecosystem, Bali will have the honor to host IeSF World Esports Championship. Before Bali, Jakarta was hosting the 2016 IeSF World Championships. This time, all the participants will have a chance to enjoy the beauty of the beaches and nature of Bali while participating in this tournament.

International Esports Federation or IeSF is a federation established on August 8th, 2008 by 9 esports associations from Denmark, Germany, Austria, Belgium, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, and the Netherlands. In 2011, IeSF hosted its own international tournaments that continue to this day.

There are 6 categories of games that will be competed in this tournament: Tekken 7, Dota 2, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, PUBG Mobile, eFootball 2023, and CS:GO. One million esports athletes from 120 countries will come to participate and USD500.000  will be provided as a total prize for this prestigious event.

As a local-pride game that has potential in esports, Eizper Chain got a chance to sponsor the IeSF World Esports Championship 2022. The year 2022 will mark the participation of the Web 3.0 game as one of the sponsors in the IeSF World Esports Championship. Eizper Chain will be the only Web 3.0 game sponsor in this prestigious event.

Eizper Chain is a local game that has won third place in the international competition Solana Hackathon Ignition for the gamefi category. Currently, Eizper Chain is working on a mobile version and will open a pre-registration soon.

By sponsoring the event, we want to introduce Eizper Chain to esports enthusiasts who mostly came from Web 2.0 game players. This event is expected to become a platform to show that Web 3.0 game can also be fun, has good graphic quality, and it’s not always about earning money which has been a stereotype of Web 3.0 game.

Eizper Chain’s participation in IeSF World Championship will show the world that Web 3.0 games can also participate in esports activities with an additional feature where players can have complete ownership of their in-game items.

The digital ownership concept is managed to prevail due to blockchain technology's existence in Web 3.0 game. With digital ownership, every item has a unique and fixed ID that can’t be altered and can only be linked to one user’s account. This allows the owner of the item to be able to trade it in the marketplace, thus all the time and money invested to play games and buy in-game items will not go down the drain.
